He rocked it. He rolled it. He flew in the air. I am going to take a guess, but I think he enjoyed it, just a bit. Whether he was Elvis or checking out the guitars my friend brought over for him in his rock in roll attire, he really rocked it. I'm so glad he got to speak some quality time with mom today. He definitly deserves it, as he is a fabulous big brother. Enjoy you guy and it was great seeing you!
Read more...Taking family photos in new places is always exciting for me. It is kind of thrilling to see where we should go, what we should do! The limits are endless. I get all giggly. Unless, the location has a lot of rules. Which unfortunately this one did. :( Lots of weird rules. It was a beautiful location, which could have been fabulous, but it freaked my poor little family out and I felt horrible. Get this, we were actually chased down by the staff! Really? That was a first. But after all was said and done, we managed to take a lot of "snapshots." Don't tell them that they were professional...

Read more...Miss O has not been here for long. She is under a week old. Yet she takes direction better than most adults I know. She was awake when I needed her to be and super sleepy when it was her turn to shine. I couldn't have dreamed of more. Perfect model. I think I took over 600 images. So her parents are in big trouble. :) We have some beautiful family shots, mommy and me, daddy and baby and then the original babies of the family - Faith and Berkley (dogs). Read more...We started out from Magnolia at 8am yesterday. Getting donuts and hashbrowns to tied us over. We were ready for fun and spontaneity along the way. Miss C wanted something different than all of the rest of her friends for her senior portraits. So I suggested a road trip to Austin, where we could stop along the way. She was game and so was her mom. So we stopped at a few of my favorite photo stops. We hung out in a ghost town and found a lovely park and graffiti wall. Once in Austin, we had some lunch and did one final Austin stop. Then headed home. I tried to get her to stop at a few more...
