When you grow up

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Some know this about me; some don’t.

I always wanted to be a teacher.

I used to skip recess and help the teachers. Even worked during the summers helping all of my mom’s teacher friends. It was amazing.

Sorting books, cleaning desks, etc.

I loved all things teaching.

And I actually have two education degrees.

But I only taught for a short time.

So many things were just not for me. Parents, Texas testing rules, etc.

I love what I do now though.
