Since I have been in business, I have saved my image files on the following format.
- floppy disk
- hard disk
- zip drives
- cd
- DVD
- USB
- the cloud
And that has just been in the last 11 years. Technology changes so fast.
But you know what hasn’t changed? Look back at the scrapbooks or photos from your great, great grandparents. They have printed photos that are still with us today. Some are 50+ years old. We have some displayed in our home.
Printed photos stand the test of time. They don’t take a special machine to view. They don’t require anything to keep them updated or running. They just look beautiful, all the time. Pretty cool.
This is the same for wall art and albums. They last forever (if printed on the correct medium), and look amazing. You can pass them down from generation to generation.
