Ok, let’s see. There is a bunch so maybe I can do some FAQs for you.
Is there a session fee? Yes, most photographers charge a creative or session fee that covers their time.
What does my session fee include? My session fee is $150 for families of 5 and under. It covers my time during the session and editing of your images.
What is the reschedule policy? I will only reschedule your session due to weather or if you/your child is sick. I will move your session to the next available date on my calendar.
How do I order my images? Orders are only placed in my studio viewing room or at your home.
Do you have backups? I have backup cameras and all of the purchased digital images that I take are triple and sometimes quadruple backed up on the cloud.
Do you charge travel fees? Yes, most professional photographers will charge a travel fee per mile for sessions that are over 30 miles away. I do this as well. My session fee covers anything within 30 miles.
Do you have safety training? I have extensive newborn training; even a Master’s in newborn photography.
How do you handle payment? I accept credit card, cash and check.
What if it rains? Living in Houston, you have to be flexible. I will reschedule your session due to weather typically the day of. As things can change quickly. If you have hair that is affected by humidity, let me know.
How many images will I receive? In my packages, if you are receiving the digital images you receive them all. Typically in a family session with around 4 people there will be at least 50-70 digital images.
