A family session with us is very special. Because I know it wasn’t easy to commit to this decision. Families are busy! So let’s make this an amazing experience for you all.
A family experience with KPP is a little different than most studios. Because we try to take a lot of things off of your plate. We know that busy mom’s don’t have time to mess around with little stuff. So we have hopefully taken care of some of it. So even though we are a high end studio, we try to cram as much into our meetings as possible. Here is the breakdown:
- Consultation
- This is to get all of those little details done like when, where, expectations, what to wear, etc
- Once we have all of those little things set you can pay the session fee ($150 for regular family sessions)
- What to wear meeting – if you need it
- Portal
- This is your dashboard to sign your contract, fill out the questionnaire and you can view all of the details of your session here.
- Session
- Session sneak peek the day after
- Viewing session at our studio – about a week after your session
- Once you place an order and pay – products take about a month to arrive and you can download your digital images that evening.

Regular family sessions are typically around one hour in length. We take breaks when needed. I always suggest props for the parents to bring. And of course snacks that will not stain like water and fruit gummies. I do a lot of different breakdowns so that no one member of the family will get tired. For example, we will start with the whole family. Then do mom and the kids, then dad and the kids. Then mom and dad alone. Then just the kids. Then each child alone. See the pattern? Everyone can have a break.
